Taylor farms Mediterranean crunch salad. Purchased on 1/8/26 and consumed on 1/10/26. My husband and I both developed severe diarrhea and stomach cramping symptoms 1/11/26 that have continued through 1/13/26 and required calling out of work sick.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache

I ate Teryaki Udon noodles last week and was awakened that night with stomach cramps and terrible diarrhea. I didn’t attribute it to the noodles but last night I ate another serving and had similar but worse symptoms that included stomach pain, explosive diarrhea and severe heartburn.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Heartburn
