Within 90 minutes of ingesting one individual packet, I experienced headache and nausea first, followed quickly by vomiting for about an hour. Then that was followed by diarrhea. I was taking AG1 consistently and I felt good, energized and regular, then I decided to only drink it a few times a week. I was vomiting on the tennis court. I DON’T EVER VOMIT!!!!
