Ordered online and picked up in drive thru.
This was the only meal consumed yesterday lunch time apart from a black coffee and some store bought water.

At approx 4pm started feeling lower abdominal pain which is still present.

Bloody stool and fever.  | Symptoms: Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Bloody Stool
