I went to King Taco around 2 pm and had asada tacos and a sope de asada. After 2 hours I started feeling nauseous and the need to go use the restroom along with headache and chills. It is now the next day and I still have diarrhea and have been vomitting non stop.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache
