Suspicion of food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headaches
Suspected source: After eating macaroni at noon, sick for 2 days with vomiting and diarrhea, shameful!!
