Additional information: Had a takeaway on Friday 8th December and straight after had adominal pain. Two days later diarrhoea and feeling sick

We ordered a CBO and a signature BBQ menu at McDonald's in Longuenesse.
30 minutes after eating, I had severe stomach pains and the urge to vomit.
I ended up having diarrhea.
My partner woke up in the middle of the night to stomach aches and diarrhea.
