we had food from elswood redhill mcdonalds
we both became very sick in the evening being sick shaking with chills and diarrhoea. we had not eaten anything else apart from food from here.

Son bought a chicken and chorizo bake at lunchtime on Monday 17th July. Within a couple of hours he had stomach cramps, then vomiting and diarrhoea throughout the evening. Not a bug as someone else from the company was also ill, both had the same lunch.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
