Thursday evening had a chicken pitta, peri chips and garlic bread. Didn’t eat much else that day other than toast and fruit. Within 24 hours of the meal starting Friday afternoon, I have severe projectile vomiting, diarrhoea, chills. Still ongoing this morning (Saturday).  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills

Me and my boyfriend had a meal here, he had some chicken thighs and I had some chicken pitta , after an hour he started vomiting badly, and at the moment he is still in bed.
