My girlfriend and I shared a spicy chicken sandwich, a regular chicken sandwich, macaroni, cole slaw, and fries. We proceeded to vomit the entire meal up one right after the other about 3 hours later.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I had a spicy chicken sandwich. It was delicious. A few hours later, my stomach is crazy. I feel A LOT of pain and am and still am very gassy. I would've eaten a hippy salad if I knew this would happen.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Gas

I went on 11/3/2019 to buy a chicken sandwich. It was long lines outside and inside. So I didn’t expect my food to be old. But it was . I ate around 3:45pm and I got diarrhea around 11:29pm .... all that night and the next day… See more
