Ordered a Grilled House Salad with thousand island dressing. Tasted fine but about two hours after lunch, I had horrible diarrhea. Woke up the next day with nausea and diarrhea. Either the chicken wasn't cooked all the way or the dressing was bad.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

My son ate a House Salad with grilled chicken on Thursday 6/8/18 that evening and by Friday morning was extremely sick with Diarrhea, Stomach Cramps, Rectal bleeding, and fever that last for over a week. He still has to seek routine visits to ensure the bacteria goes away.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps
