我和我丈夫在 2023 年 3 月 9 日从 Applebees 订购了小排骨。我们吃了 6 点左右，晚上 8 点或 9 点左右我开始胃痉挛，一直持续到晚上，我开始呕吐，出现腹泻和头痛。我丈夫也出现了同样的症状。
