I shared loaded potato skins and spaghetti and meatballs with friends. Within 8 hours, I was having severe stomach cramps, nausea and vomiting, and diarrhea. Still suffering 12 hours later.

My husband and I ordered a large meat lovers pizza to share tonight. He now has a fever and I had diarrhea and abdominal pains. We eat out all the time at other restaurants and do not experience this.
