昨晚我去那里为我订购了西南鸡肉沙拉，为我的女儿订购了辣鸡肉三明治餐。我 3 点醒来时有坏的抽筋并有腹泻。我女儿早上 6 点上学，极度恶心，然后她开始呕吐和腹泻。我第一次以为可能是她的月经。自从谷歌搜索并找到这个之后，我想不然。特别是因为所有这些其他报告都在一周内发布。今天早上她已经扔了 15 次以上。

Nauseous two to three hours after eating, went to bed, threw up all food during evening and it continued the entire day. Painful diarrhea and extreme stomach pain. Also, fever and shakes. My body temp fluctuated a lot. My boyfriend also got diarrhea which is how we narrowed it down to food.
