我在 7 月 18 日晚上 10 点左右离开 AMC 电影院后订购了 8 片鸡块餐。在回家诺克斯堡地区的路上，我开始感到头晕、剧烈的胃痛、恶心和腹泻。我的粪便从今天早上起就有血了。我妻子吃了鸡肉三明治餐，没有任何不良影响

Ate lunch there Saturday March 18 and next day got sick with fever followed by watery diarrhea. Fevers and myalgia lasted two days. Diarrhea is on day 3 without improvement.
