I ordered a 8 piece Chicken nugget meal at around 10 pm on 6 July 18 after leaving AMC Movie theater. On my way home to the Fort Knox area I started feeling dizzy, sharp stomach pain, nausea and Diarrhea. My stool has blood since thos morning.…

Lunch Illness: Fever, Diarrhea

Ate lunch there Saturday March 18 and next day got sick with fever followed by watery diarrhea. Fevers and myalgia lasted two days. Diarrhea is on day 3 without improvement.
