订购了带冷块的 Cobb 沙拉。进食后大约 1.5 小时开始胃痛和肠道疏松。现在已经去过多次洗手间了，感觉很恶心。

I am on a clean/organic, mostly veg diet, and have been for some time now. I went yesterday 3/3/20 at approx 2pm for work lunch. I ordered the southwest grilled chicken salad, which was delicious, and I’d gotten it before. The only thing I’d had all day…
