Ate breakfast Tuesday, 3/28/17 at 7:45am consisting of one biscuit, one sausage patty, and one egg. Also had one cup of coffee and a glass of orange juice. Symptoms started at 9pm the same day and include nausea amd vomiting with severe, prolonged diarrhea.
