9 月 14 日，我从那里吃了带肉丸的意大利面，我知道我煮得很好，因为我稍微烧了一下。第二天早上 8 点，我醒来时感觉头晕目眩。后来我感到恶心，头痛最严重。下午 1 点左右我生病了，开始出现腹泻。我的病人里也有血迹。我打电话给我的医生预约了。在约会时，她告诉我我肯定发烧了，如果呕吐物中的血液持续发生，我应该尽快给他们回电话。那天晚上晚些时候，我又因血而生病，感觉头脑太轻了。我肚子里的痛苦越来越严重了。我妈妈打电话给医院他们让我和医护人员谈话他们说听起来好像我有食物中毒。由于持续的胃痛和腹泻，我昨晚没有睡觉。今天我仍然感到他们很痛苦。

My son purchased 2 take away hot dogs we had one each the time approximately 14.00hrs
At 19.00 hrs I started having abdominal cramps by 21.00 hrs I had severe diarrhoea a temperature of 39.5 but I was feeling shivery
