从早餐起我就没吃过任何食物，只有玉米片和牛奶，晚餐我吃了多米诺披萨。第二天早上我有胃痉挛，没吃早餐。午餐时间我身体疼痛、剧烈的胃痉挛和恶心。我没吃午饭。到了下午 3 点，我发烧、头痛、腹泻和呕吐持续了整晚。胃痉挛和腹泻一直持续到第二天。

2 medium 2 topping pizzas. One had sausage & beef, the other was chicken & pineapple. My 2 children ate the pizza for dinner Saturday night and both woke up the next morning vomiting and having diarrhea. This lasted until the afternoon. I did not eat the…
