当我在吃饭时，工作人员正在用氯漂白剂清洁附近的桌子。女服务员接触清洁剂后又接触我们的调料、饮料和其他各种物品。食物没有煮熟，离开后我立即感到恶心并出现无法控制的腹泻。几个小时后我的喉咙仍因清洁剂而灼痛。

Upon several occasions several people and myself experienced diarrhea from this restaurant. We all eat at hibachi table and the only things ate in common is soup, salad, rice, and mushrooms. I believe we have narrowed it down to the mushrooms causing it but could be wrong.
