我在上午 11 点 36 分至下午 12 点 14 分之间在麦当劳的这个地方吃过。就在几个小时后的晚上 7 点，我从午睡中醒来，感觉飞了起来，发烧了，感到恶心。我目前还在处理发烧、严重的胃痛、酸痛和腹泻。这是我经历过的最糟糕的一次，我对麦当劳感到非常失望。

I had purchased a big mac a few weeks ago and I got violently ill!! I had numbing tingling in my fingertips and my lips I had cramps so bad I nearly passed out from the pain I've had diarrhea attacks all my life and this was not that this was very scary I'll never eat Mc donalds again!!!
