那天我吃了两次薯条，大约 6 点时和同事分开一小块薯条。10 点时，我和祖母认为听起来不错，所以我们每个人都在 doordash 上送了中等大小的鱼苗。第二次, 薯条平淡无奇, 没有盐, 而且有点时髦的味道，通常情况下并不引人注意，但是当我问奶奶注意到她没有尝到任何奇怪的味道时，我一直在吃东西.她晚上醒来并多次呕吐，我醒来时非常恶心（我从来没有呕吐过，好几年没有呕吐）。现在她和我一般都很虚弱，非常恶心和头晕。我的祖父有几个祖母，但他没有因为药物导致的平时胃部问题而受到影响。

Saturday April 11 2020. Big Mac and fries around 6:30pm by 7:30 pm I had severe stomach cramping, diarrhea and vomiting. This continued throughout the night. By midnight my diarrhea became complete blood and blood clots. Developed a fever. Slept all day sunday w continued cramps, headache…
