晚上 7 点至 6 月 18 日上午 11 点左右吃了两个麦当劳的辣鸡肉三明治和一个 McDouble 芝士汉堡吃午饭开始感觉迟钝。呕吐太多了以至于我实际上吐了一些血。腹泻，现在发烧了大约两天半，由于颈部和身体疼痛而持续发冷和无法入睡。明天去看医生
