新年晚会结束后，凌晨 3 点左右，我和我的朋友们在麦当劳停下来吃饭。几年前我停止在麦当劳吃饭，但是深夜没有其他东西开放，我们饿死了。我订购了一顿含有 poutine 和饮料（雪碧）的严肃鸡肉餐。第二天早上，我从一种不舒服的感觉中醒来很早就去了洗手间。洗手间的访问全天都在继续。我有一种非常不安的感觉-感觉疲倦和疲劳但无法入睡。那天晚上晚些时候，我醒来好几次胃部不适，但这次的症状包括腹泻和可怕的呕吐。我没精力倒在浴室地板上。我以某种方式设法让自己上床睡觉，在那里我同时经历了寒冷和出汗（发冷）。我 curl 缩起来抱着肚子希望能休息一下，但是这种不适让我精疲力尽。

I had a Big Mac meal with fries on Saturday evening .. woke up the next morning to extreme nausea, vomiting & a fever. Never again will I eat at this location, clearly their staff need to be retrained on the seriousness of cross contamination. I have never felt so sick in my life.
