2023 年 12 月 5 日上午 8 点 15 分左右，我从这里收到了冰沙、香肠鸡蛋和奶酪百吉饼。早上 11 点左右我开始感觉不舒服，肚子疼而且我气得很厉害。大约 2:30 我开始呕吐并出现腹泻。呕吐一直持续到晚上 7:30 左右，腹泻在凌晨 3 点左右结束。我相信是冰沙里的，但可能是早餐三明治

I got a 20 piece nugget large fry and two McDoubles you can tell the the McNuggets were old but I didn't think they were that old......
