My partner went to McDonald's around 10pm and after we had finished our burgers we both had really bad diarrhoea the hygiene in that place is disgusting (we shouldn't have eat there to be fair) but when you walk in it smells like raw sewage.

ate around 6pm, both members of family who ordered quarter pounder meal were throwing up at around 5am with high temperature and painful stomach cramps
