晚上 7 点左右，我在麦当劳幸运广场吃了 Fillet-o-fish 餐和麻风薯条和冰柠檬茶。晚上 10 点左右，我在家里感到肿胀和胃部不适。即使上床睡觉后，由于胃部不适，我也无法入睡，然后突然我感到凌晨 2 点呕吐的冲动。
