2018 年 8 月 9 日我在 Panera Bread 吃了午饭。我吃了亚洲芝麻沙拉和鸡肉。几个小时之内，我开始感到光明头晕目眩。到了晚上，我发烧了，发冷了，我的头在跳动。恶心还在继续，晚上我病得很重，迷失了方向，我开始在床上呕吐。12 小时后我还是有些发冷，我感觉就像卡车把我撞过去了。
