6月2日就餐并吃了鸡蛋和培根法式长棍面包。在服用后 8 小时内病得很厉害。呕吐了 10 个多小时，腹泻持续了 3 天。花了 2 周我才可以放心地吃非米色食物。商店里的整体温度非常温暖。

I bought a falafel and sweet potato salad, birchers muesli, orange juice and matcha latte to consume on the airplane so as not to eat the airplane food. 2 hours later I had severe vomiting and diarrhoea which lasted for 3 hours during the journey.
