吃完大约一个小时后我的胃开始感觉超级不舒服，喝了点水然后试着坐下来放松一下，但最后不得不跑到厕所然后扔了一吨。我以为我把它全部扔掉了，但是大约 30 分钟后我又扔了同样的量。我每罐只吃了 1/4 的白米饭，从来没有做过我以前有过这样的反应，吃之前我感觉还不错！
