Stopped to get food at Caine’s it was late about 830 ate chicken fingers fries and a drink ... got really sick was throwing up and had terrible diarrhea.

Around 3pm shared a dinner of 5 Chicken fingers with dipping sauce fries cole slaw bread and Diet Coke. Around 430 not feeling well. Around 530 Stopped halfway home for husband to be sick. Arrived home at 630 for wife to be sick. Called to report to…
