I ate a chicken shack burger at 2, was nauseous at 3, felt like hell for 3 hours before throwing up for 30 mins and diarrhoeaing straight after. It’s currently 7 and I still feel like hell

I ate the shroom burger and cheesy fries last night and have had the worst stomach for the past few hours of the next morning. I've never felt this awful after food before my stomach is doing flips and have had diarrhoea & nausea.

I had lunch yesterday at Shake shack and had the smoke burger- I didn’t have any breakfast so I’m certain it was that. About 2 hours later I was violently ill with vomiting and diarrhoea, I couldn’t keep any water in my stomach all night and had severe stomach cramps. Very unimpressed.
