至少一年来，每当我吃 Lucky Charms 麦片加牛奶时，我都会在当天晚些时候遇到胃肠道问题。可能是肠道疼痛、气体过多、刺激性气体和亮绿色的大便。每次我吃一碗时都会发生这种情况。在过去一年左右的时间里，它也是从多个箱子里装出来的。一旦盒子不见了我就没吃了，我就没事了。所有的 gi 问题都结束了。
