I believe I experienced food poisoning after eating at a Jollibee location in a shopping mall in Santa Clara County, California.On Wednesday, April 22, between approximately 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, I purchased and consumed a spicy fried chicken meal (6-piece wings) along with a burger combo.
A few hours after eating, I began experiencing diarrhea. The symptoms quickly progressed to severe, watery diarrhea, nausea, and dry heaving (eventually nothing left to vomit). My condition continued to worsen over the next two days.
By Friday, April 24, I developed a fever along with significant weakness, dizziness, and difficulty standing. I am currently experiencing ongoing gastrointestinal distress and signs of dehydration.
I had not eaten anything unusual prior to this meal, and the symptoms started shortly after consuming the food from this location.
