Went to lunch at 11:30 on Friday, December 22nd, and had 2 cheeseburgers, fries, and some chicken nuggets. By 3:30 my boss said I looked like shit, despite feeling fine. I went home and got diarrhea around 5 or 6, then started vomiting shortly after. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

This message is out of concern - Sounds like you had some type of virus - why didn't you make a choice to seek Medical Attention - especially when you had legitimate that proves Burger King - created you initial sickness - and as we move forward - I do apologize you experience moments of sick feelings and hope that you feel better and thank you for informing your problem.
