My 2 year old and 4 year old ate grilled chicken nuggets and mac and cheese on 04/29 5:50pm and 04/30 5:57pm. Afterwards they became violently ill. Symptoms included excessive vomiting, diarrhea, fever, stomach pain, and loss of appetite. Medical attention was sought for my 2 years old and I informed the store manager on 05/06 at 1:07pm once I saw that other people were sick around the same time and from the same product. Manager didn't sound like he knew what to do with the information which leads me to believe nothing will be done by the store location. They did offer a refund. I have contacted the health authorities to report them and have yet to hear back. My kids are still sick as of 05/06. | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, 胃痛, 发烧, 抽筋, 头痛, 食欲不振
