Ate chick fil a yesterday, June 3rd at 1 pm, aye a fried chicken sandwich, the superfood salad and fries. Started vomiting with diahhrea at 5 am this morning, has continued throughout the day. Fever of 101.7. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
