I had a veggie burrito today. I knew I shouldn't have given into the craving bc the last time I did I had severe food poisoning. I just vomited for the 2nd time tonight, while sitting on the toilet bc I cannot control the severe liquid diarrhea. Never will I ever eat Chipotle ever again! | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
