Had food picked up from this Chipolte and ate it at the hospital just after the birth of my child. Had the tacos with no meat (fajita veggies, pico de Gallo, cheese, and black beans) as well as guac and chips. I ate at around 2 pm. Started with minor nausea then progressed to moderate diarrhea by the evening. I had to leave my wife and newborn child on the second day of her life... | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心
