Had a salad bowl for lunch with the pork, pico and gauc, nothing else. Within an hour I had a terrible stomach ache, shortly after that I was dry heaving. Not long, maybe an hour and a half I threw a very small amount of food up.

I took pepto chewables and drank water. About 3 hours after eating, while my stomach was hurting all that time, I threw up most of the contents of my stomach. I could see bits and pieces of my chipotle lunch.

About 20 minutes later, I had to pull over from the side of the road to throw up again.

Dry heaving and stomach aches continued through out the evening and night. About 9:30 MST I started to feel normal. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
