4 月 8 日下午 2 点吃饭，晚上 9 点开始腹泻和胃痛。夜间发烧和恶心。整晚都醒了。我有一个素食碗，里面有糙米、黑豆、蔬菜、微微、莎莎佛得角、鳄梨调味酱和生菜。凌晨 5 点发烧了 Tylenol，但没有奏效。肚子太痛了。

i ate a barbacoa burrito 4 hrs later i started to feel bad nauseous and diarrhea it's been 4 days and i am still feeling bad every time I go to Chipotle I get sick.

Had a salad bowl for lunch with the pork, pico and gauc, nothing else. Within an hour I had a terrible stomach ache, shortly after that I was dry heaving. Not long, maybe an hour and a half I threw a very small amount of food up.…
