Friday, April 15, 2016, I was at Costco in Oak Brook Illinois. At the one of the stands that offer simple, I was offered an drink mixed with baby spinach banana and some other ingredients. I have had one cup of the mixture. On Monday, April 18, 2016 around noon. I become to have diarrhea. Every 45 minutes to an hour it was light green stool and very bad smell. On April 20 I checked at the doctors office and they collected a specimens from me. Sunday, April 24, 2016 I received phone call from Doctors office that I was tested positive for campylobacteria. Quest Diagnostics perform the test.Barbara Walinowicz
