Hi, thanks for your comment. TIP: Diarrhea and nausea are commonly reported Costco food poisoning symptoms and Salmonella is a commonly reported diagnosis. However, in 2015, there was a multistate outbreak of Shiga toxin-producing E. coli infection from Costco Rotisserie Chicken Salad, which hospitalized five people.
