Decided to grab a quick bite for dinner on 01/17/2020 around 6pm. I ordered #5 which came with a cheese enchilada, two beef taquitos, and a side of beans an rice. I felt fine until 4am the next morning when I had excruciating cramping in my stomach. I spent the entire day in pain. I had diarrhea and vomiting until the following day. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 其他, 抽筋
