OBSERVED A FOOD HANDLING EMPLOYEE NOT WEARING A HAIR RESTRAINT. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED THAT ALL FOOD HANDLING EMPLOYEES MUST WEAR A HAIR RESTRAINT.
CLEAN THE INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR OF THE MICROWAVES, STOVE, PREP TABLES, DEEP FRYER, FOOD STORAGE CONTAINERS, INTERIOR OF PREP COOLERS.
CLEAN THE FLOOR IN THE FOOD PREP AREA ESPECIALLY UNDER THE COOKING EQUIPMENT.
OBSERVED THE CERTIFIED FOOD MANAGER WITHOUT AN ALLERGEN TRAINING CERTIFICATE. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED THAT ALL CERTIFIED FOOD MANAGERS MUST OBTAIN THE ALLERGEN TRAINING CERTIFICATE.
