Date of Closure: 08-04-2020High Priority - Live, small flying insects in kitchen, food preparation area, food storage area and/or bar area. 6 live flies over front deli counter where food is served from the case. Approximately 50 live flies on ceiling in dining room over tables. 3 live flies at cookline wall over pass through window
High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. At prep flip top cooler, potato pancakes (57-61°F - Cold Holding); sliced cheese (57-61°F - Cold Holding). Items moved to lower cooler to chill and cold holdAt cookline, pooled eggs (61°F - Cold Holding). Reduced level of eggs to level of ice to properly cool and cold hold. At front counter, butter (55°F - Cold Holding). Butter removed to cooler to chill and cold hold. Replaced with new butter **Corrective Action Taken**
