> ALL FOOD HANDLERS MUST MEET THE IDPH REQUIREMENTS. INSTRUCTED TO TAKE THE FOOD HANDLERS TRAINING AND PROVIDE PROOF.
> ALL CITY OF CHICAGO FOOD SANITATION CERTIFICATE HOLDERS MUST HAVE THE ALLERGY TRAINING AS REQUIRED. INSTRUCTED TO HAVE ALL CITY OF CHICAGO CERTIFIED FOOD MNAGERS TAKE THE ALLERGEN TRAINING.
