Ordered lunch as usual and discovered a bug resembling a dead large Roach with wings under the bundle of french fries I was eating. I'm suspecting the bug was fried with my food. I attempted to address this issue immediately with the manager with whom shifted the blame completely elsewhere. Even to go as far as to conclude that the dead lifeless was still alive. He snatched the plate from me to dispose of my plate. I have photo images of my plate and our exchange of the plate. This incident just occurred 5 hours ago. My taste buds seem to be affected at this point. Not sure if an illness will surface as a result of this horrible experience. Could someone please advise me of what steps I should properly take. I requested for all contacts to that establishment including the owners contact. But was denied. Very unprofessional.
