MUST RODENT PROOF REAR DOOR IN ATTACHED BARBECUE PIT ROOM. MUST REPAIR OUTSIDE LEAKS FROM EAST SIDE OF THE BARBECUE PIT. MUST ALSO REMOVE ALL POOLING WATER ON FLOORS UNDERNEATH THE 2ND PIT. MUST REMOVE UNNECESSARY CLUTTER IN BARBECUE PIT ROOM AND BETTER ORGANIZE REMAINING ITEMS.
