I ordered a shrimp burrito the afternoon of April 12th. 6 hours after eating it, I got stomach pain, then nausea and chills leading to vomiting and diarrhea. I know eating fish is a risk but I need to report to maybe prevent this for someone else. | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, 胃痛, 发烧, 寒战, 头痛
